Veterans Day

Veterans Day is an official United States holiday to honor people who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. It is a federal holiday that is observed on November 11. Veterans Day was known as “Armistice day”  which marks the anniversary of the end of World War 1(which ended at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1981) Veterans Day is not to be confused with Memorial Day; Veterans Day celebrates the service of all U.S. military veterans, while Memorial Day is a day of remembering the men and women who died serving.

Reflection: What I feel about Veterans Day is glad that we have our people risking their own lives just to save ours and I'm thankful for the Veterans from back then and now they've done so much for us.I honor every veteran who served to save this country.
