Oncologist



Duties and Responsibilities: 
   Oncology specialists are physicians trained in a variety of cancer diagnostic and treatment procedures, such as chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Typical oncologist may have as much as 15 years of advanced education and training. They collect medical histories and preform physical evaluations in addition to basic administrative duties, such as maintaining records, coordinating with other medical personnel, and managing the work staff.

Salary: $217,856** Median salary





Education: As physicians, oncology specialists must complete up to eight years of undergraduate and medical school education. They train in a medical residency that can last 3-5 years depending on the specialty.Those pursing sub specialty training may also be required to complete an additional residency or fellowship of up to three years.

uncureable type of cancer. Mitch 

in school joined the boys 

reselting team. Mitch wanted to 

win state so his father can feel 

proud and make him forget for 1 

day that he didn't have cancer.

Duties and Responsibilities: Health educators who work in medical facilities provide patients with information on their diagnosis and treatment, as well as tips on staying healthy. They teach group classes on health topics and train medical staff on how to communicate with patients. Health educators employed by private companies may conduct staff health screenings, design healthy workplace programs, or create incentives for employees to lose weight, quit smoking or increase their level of exercise. Also supervising staff, creating health-related materials, such as posters and websites, Helping people find the appropriate health services or information, Advocating for improved health resources and policies, Collecting data and other information to analyze needs and evaluate programs, Preparing reports for management and other stakeholders.

Salary: Annual wage ranges from $40,718 to $75,744
Education: Minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree but is most common for a health educator to hold a master degree.

reflection: I wouldn't like to be a health educator because i don't like it.
